I racked the wine on Saturday morning around 6:45. No reason for doing it that early except I was awake and the house was quiet so it seemed like the thing to do--plus it gave me a chance to clean up my mess before anyone tracked the inevitable cherry juice spills around the house. Sticky. Ugh.
